1934 Teruo Matsuura, Japanese climber, who ascended Everest in 1970. He died in 2015, aged 81.
1940 Johann Etschmayer, Austrian climber, who ascended Manaslu in 1987.
1941 Kiyoaki Miyagawa, Japanese climber, who ascended Tirich Mir in 1991.
1948 Gustav Harder, German climber, who ascended Annapurna I in 1980.
1951 Maciej Pawlikowski, Polish climber, who ascended Ngadi Chuli in 1979 and Cho Oyu twice (winter 1985 and in 1986).
