Yesterday Oh Eun-Sun, Carlos Soria and some other climbers ascended Gasherbrum I. For Oh Eun-Sun it was her 13th 8000er and now she is the leading woman in the table with the most 8000ers by women. Gerlinde Kaltenbrunner needed to give up K2 today because of too much snow. Carlos Soria summited Gasherbrum I with the age of 70 years and 179 days. He is now the oldest by far who ascended Gasherbrum I. He owns three age records on 8000ers now.
